These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the y6bed platform, including all gaming services, promotions, account management features, and support channels available at y6bed.pro. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and y6bed (the "Platform" or "Operator"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document.

To register and maintain an active account on y6bed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any criterion may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. y6bed strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not prohibited.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on y6bed. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately upon detection.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of y6bed or any company within its corporate group.

Account Registration & Security

When registering your y6bed account, you agree to submit truthful information including your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. y6bed may request supporting documents at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify your identity, source of funds, or residential address. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice and is a condition of continued service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. y6bed will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Sharing your account login details with any third party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• All personal data held by y6bed is encrypted and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SSL encryption secures all data transmitted between your device and y6bed servers.
• y6bed reserves the right to freeze or close any account that displays suspicious activity, including but not limited to: irregular wagering patterns, suspected fraud, or identity misrepresentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

y6bed supports a range of convenient payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following financial policies apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests made through y6bed:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
• y6bed does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own service charges.

y6bed reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been recorded. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

y6bed regularly offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns (for example, Eid and Pohela Boishakh specials) to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal can be requested. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each offer's individual promotion page.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus are not eligible to claim it again.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until rollover conditions are fully satisfied. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly.
• y6bed reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.

By opting into any y6bed promotion, players consent to their name and city of residence (e.g., Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet) being used in winner announcements published on the platform, unless they have explicitly opted out of marketing communications in their account settings.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

y6bed is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure unbiased outcomes. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on y6bed:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting strategies in real-time games.
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including chargeback fraud, using stolen payment credentials, or exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, bonuses, or wins that would not otherwise be awarded.
• Displaying abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory behavior toward y6bed staff or other players via any platform communication channel.

Violations of this section will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all account balances, including winnings. y6bed will share information about confirmed fraudulent activity with relevant financial institutions and, where required by law, with regulatory authorities.

Privacy & Data Protection

y6bed collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary for the delivery of gaming services, account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y6bed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system interruptions, or third-party service failures. y6bed makes no guarantee of uninterrupted platform availability and accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance windows, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. y6bed does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager placed through the platform. Players acknowledge that they may lose money while gaming and that past performance of any game is not indicative of future results. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of y6bed following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the platform and close your account. Any wagers already placed at the time of a terms revision will be settled under the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time the wager was accepted.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
